oh hey - i'm nicole!
I’m Nicole Meyer, a certified project coordinator (CAPM) and UX professional with a career as diverse as it is unique. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worn many hats: launching my own yoga studio, supporting legal teams, guiding students in education, and managing independent research and design projects. At the heart of it all is my ability to organize complex initiatives, connect with people, and bring structure to big ideas.
Recently, I earned my CAPM certification, building on my UX Design background to formally strengthen my project management skills. Through hands-on experience, I’ve led user research studies, designed and tested app concepts, and coordinated cross-functional projects—like evaluating new software for a law firm, including vendor outreach, data gathering, and delivering actionable recommendations. These experiences reflect my love for both creative problem-solving and practical execution: the balance that drives projects forward successfully.
Originally from Chicago and now thriving in Colorado with my two kids and two quirky weiner dogs, I recharge through yoga (which I also teach), reading, crafting, and solving crossword puzzles with a good cup of tea. I’m also a proud Swiftie and a true crime enthusiast (especially when Keith Morrison is narrating).
What motivates me most is collaborating with teams to create meaningful impact—whether through better systems, stronger relationships, or more intuitive user experiences. My journey has taught me that versatility is a strength, and I’m excited to bring my mix of skills, empathy, and curiosity to opportunities where people and projects can truly thrive.
